Coral Gables has some of the most valuable real estate in South Florida, including five of the top 10 zip codes for property values. It’s median price per square foot ($423) is almost twice that of the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.
To see what $1 million (or less) would buy today, we asked three real estate agents to submit one of their homes for sale in that price range – give or take a few hundred thousand dollars. Here is what they came up with, in different Gables locations.
