Win fun prizes during the canine costume contest sponsored by GableStage. People without a pooch can adopt a dog from the Humane Society.
Trick-or-Treat on the Mile

From 2 to 8 pm, Miracle Mile will transform into a Halloween haven with Trick-or-Treat on the Mile, featuring costume contests, face painting, balloon artistry, book readings, and a captivating magic show. Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead)

Halloween-adjacent, the Consulate General of Mexico and the City of Coral Gables are hosting a renowned celebration of Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead) from 4 to 9 pm at Coral Gables City Hall. This folkloric festivity organized by the Consulate of Mexico will include traditional Mexican performances, music, and food.

Put your pumpkin carving skills on display during the Halloween Pumpkin Float event at the historic Venetian Pool. Starting at 8 am, dog owners can anticipate a refreshing morning outdoors and special treats and drinks for pups and humans at the Glasshouse Cafe. Arrive early to register for the contest on-site near the Bailey Palm Glade. Space is limited; sign-up closes at 9 am.

Visit the Coral Gables War Memorial Youth Center for Nightmare at 405 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. The Youth Center will be transformed into a gloomy, haunted house with a variety of scare zones. Have their face paint experts transform you into a creepy clown or a bloodthirsty vampire! Then, after a few rounds of drinks to loosen up, you’ll be ready to howl at the moon during karaoke.
