Sibila Lage, PLLC on the Move
Leading Real Estate & Corporate Law Firm Moves Headquarter to Downtown Coral Gables
When award-winning Attorneys Estrellita S. Sibila and Jacqueline M. Lage were in the market for a new headquarter for their rapidly growing real estate and corporate practice, The City Beautiful was at the top of their list. “Coral Gables is an ever-evolving metropolis unlike any other in the world,” they say. “With our new office in the heart of Downtown Coral Gables, we have been able to establish a flagship location at the epicenter of one of South Florida’s most in-demand business hubs while serving the needs of our diverse clientele and expanding team.”
232 Andalusia is a landmark, boutique condo-office building that earned an American Institute of Architects Award of Excellence for its eye-catching façade, vibrant exterior landscaping and luxurious interior spaces. “Office space and design speak volumes about a company’s brand and values,” says Sibila. “We wanted the new space to be classically modern with a nod to sustainable design — a place of work where natural light combines with blooming orchids, flowering plants and greenery, bringing the outside in and accentuating the tropical lifestyle that defines our slice of paradise at the tip of the Sunshine State.”
For more than 15 years, Estrellia S. Sibila and Jacqueline M. Lago, both University of Miami School of Law alumnae, have been focused on a multi-disciplinary approach to client services by advising domestic and international clients who are investing in South Florida real estate and searching for new growth opportunities.
The partners both of whom come from a real estate investment and development pedigree, have numerous accolades to their name. Lage worked for Big 5 accounting firm Arthur Anderson as well as Greenberg Traurig and Rasco Klock prior to joining forces with Sibila to launch their practice. She has also published articles in real estate journals and trade publications, and has been named to Brickell Magazine‘s “Top 20 Under 40.”
Sibila’s list of achievements and accolades span more than a decade and includes notable recognitions in civic leadership. She is one of the youngest honorees to be named “The Achiever” by “Miami Today” and is the inaugural winner of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s “HYPE Go Getter” Award. Sibila has been recognized as a “South Floridian Who Makes A Difference” by The Miami Herald; was celebrated nationally by Ford Motor Company as a “Mujer Legendaria;” and is continuously recognized as a leading professional in her field by Super Lawyer Magazine, Florida Real Estate Magazine, Brickell Magazine and most recently named “Best of Miami” in Planning by Miami Today. Additionally, Sibila is the founder and producer of PhilanthroFest, the nation’s largest nonprofit festival, the founder of The Sibila Family Foundation and serves as a Director of the South Florida Orchid Society.
