Pre-War Properties for Under $1.5 Million

Residential real estate in Coral Gables is suddenly in demand, with most buyers coming from the Northeast nationally, and from Brickell locally. Inventory for single family homes is shrinking, and prices are consequently rising. The hot spot right now is a home for between $1 million and $2 million, according to the pundits at BHHS/EWM. With that in mind, we asked three real estate agents to submit one of their homes for sale in the low end of that price range – give or take a few hundred thousand dollars – and built in the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s. Here is what they came up with, in different Gables locations.
