Residential real estate in Coral Gables continues to soar in value, with prices spiking and supply dwindling. Over the past year, the median value of homes in the city has risen from about $850,000 to nearly $1 million. The North Gables neighborhood, also known as the historic Granada neighborhood, is about in the middle of the market, with a median price of $1.1 million. We asked two real estate agents to submit one of their listings for a home in the area.
