The shrinking supply of homes for sale continues to drive prices up in Coral Gables. According to Redfin, the average sale price in the 33134 area – roughly bound by Bird Road on the south, Red Road on the west, Douglas Road on the East, and Flagler Street on the north – has risen 34.9 percent over the past year. By comparison, that is nearly twice the rise as the city of Miami, where prices have gone up 18.8 percent, and triple that of Aventura, which went up 11.7 percent. Because June is the beginning of summer, we asked three real estate agents to submit one of their homes with a pool – and for less than $2 million.
