Yamahai + Aged Sake Pairing Dinner

Shojo’s Dojo inside Threefold Cafe hosts a sake pairing dinner beginning at 7:00 pm. The four course dinner pairs dishes from Pin Pan Pollomia with a curated selection of sake, followed by dessert by Manas JP Bread Miami.
The evening includes four sake pairings and one welcome sake cocktail. The dinner is led by Haidar, known as The Thirsty Samurai, ranked sixth in the world among Masters of Sake. Guests will learn about Yamahai and aged sake styles while tasting selections prepared specifically for the pairing.
