Wine Dinner Experience by Colomé Últimos lugares disponibles

Baires Grill hosts a guided wine experience in collaboration with Argentine winery Colomé. The evening features four wines from one of the world’s highest-altitude vineyards, paired with dishes selected to complement each pour.

The program moves from Colomé’s Torrontés through the Malbec Estate and Arenal, finishing with the Altura Máxima Malbec, a wine produced at extreme elevation in the Calchaquí Valley of Salta, Argentina. The progression is designed as a single guided arc from beginning to end.

The experience is led by Martín Coscia, a representative of Colomé winery, and Guida Rodríguez, sommelier at Wine & Sense. Together they walk guests through the story of the vineyard from the source.
