Tour of Italy Wine Dinner: Southern Italy

Join the Biltmore Hotel for a seated wine dinner centered on the flavors and wines of Southern Italy. The evening features a Mediterranean inspired menu by Calabrian chef Francesco Pescatore, paired by sommelier Jorge Lopez with a focused selection of aromatic whites and full bodied reds from Campania, Puglia, Molise, Etna, and Sicily.
Guests will be guided through the region by a specialist in Southern Italian wine, with each course designed to highlight its pairing. The menu includes Insalata di Mare with Masseria Li Veli Askos Verdeca from Salento, Fileja with nduja and Tenute Nicosia Monte Gorna Etna Rosso, Polpo alla Luciana paired with Di Majo Norante Sassius Aglianico Riserva, and a classic Cassata served with Ingham Marsala Superiore.
