Sunday Brunch

Sunday Brunch features Spanish breakfast dishes, tapas, bottomless Cava mimosas and pitchers of sangria. The brunch is offered every Sunday, with bottomless Cava mimosas available for $39 per person.
The menu includes Tostada Española for $15, made with fresh bread, tomato and garlic purée, olive oil and a cortadito. Tostada Cargada is $23 and adds Manchego cheese and Serrano ham.
Huevos Estrellados costs $29 and includes sunny-side-up eggs, crispy Serrano ham and truffle fries. La Española is a $21 omelet prepared with Spanish sausage, onions and tomato sauce. Chistorras a la Cazuela costs $18 and pairs a sausage casserole and fried egg with toast.
Pizza Mañanera is $25 and features toast topped with salmorejo, Serrano ham and fried eggs. España en Miami is a $23 Spanish-style croqueta preparada made with chorizo, cantimpalo, Manchego cheese, Serrano ham and piquillo peppers.
For dessert, Catalan Waffles cost $18 and are served with crema catalana, caramel, vanilla ice cream and cinnamon.
