Sketching the Masters with Dan Bondroff
March 12 @ 10:30 am – 1:00 pm

This class focuses on drawing and painting well known works from art history. Open to all skill levels, including beginners, each session begins with a demonstration of the project followed by guided instruction. Participants will work with pencil, marker, and watercolor while recreating recognizable paintings and developing their own interpretations.
The program fee does not include materials. A syllabus with the full list of suggested and required supplies is available for participants to review in advance.
The class is taught by Dan Bondroff, who holds a B.S. in Art and Visual Communication from Towson University. Bondroff works primarily with pastels and is known for capturing brief and often overlooked moments in the natural world. During the sessions, he will guide students through the techniques used in each project while encouraging individual exploration.
