Red, White & BBQ: A Night of Fireworks and Celebration

The Biltmore Hotel will host “Red, White & BBQ: A Night of Fireworks & Celebration,” a Fourth of July event featuring a barbecue dinner, open bar, live music, a drone show, and fireworks.
Guests will enjoy a barbecue buffet with offerings including prime beef kebabs, brisket and short rib blended hamburgers, all-beef hot dogs, BBQ baby back ribs, grilled chicken wings, salads, side dishes, and a patriotic dessert bar. An open bar will be available from 6 to 10 p.m. and includes cocktails, domestic and imported beer, wine, soft drinks, mineral water, coffee, and tea.
The evening’s entertainment begins with a performance by the Miami Symphonic Band at 7 pm. A patriotic drone show is scheduled for 9 pm, followed immediately by a fireworks display.
The event will also include a Best Patriotic Attire Contest. Guests are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue attire for a chance to win prizes. Organizers note that the competition is not a costume contest.
The barbecue dinner will be served from 6 to 8:45 pm. Refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event date.
