For $75 per person plus tax and gratuity, the Lobster Bake dinner features three courses built around the kind of straightforward, satisfying cooking that lets the ingredients do the talking. Start with a bowl of New England clam chowder or a Fairways green salad, then move on to the main event: a whole 1.5-pound Maine lobster served alongside steamed mussels, steamer clams, new potatoes, corn on the cob, and drawn butter.
