Chef Takeover: Omar Montero Presents Tacos & Grooves

Chef Omar Montero, founder of La Santa Taqueria, takes over The Burrow on Sept. 24 for “Tacos & Grooves,” an evening centered on Mexican food, cocktails, and vinyl music. The menu includes a welcome cocktail, five signature tacos, and dessert, with Mexican-inspired cocktails available throughout the evening. An all-vinyl soundtrack will feature Latin soul, Mexican funk, cumbia, Latin jazz, and contemporary Mexican music. Doors open at 8:00 pm, and food service begins at 9:00 pm.
