Chef Takeover: Omar Montero Presents Tacos & Grooves

The Burrow welcomes chef and restaurateur Omar Montero for “Tacos & Grooves,” a one-night takeover centered on Mexican cooking, cocktails, and vinyl music. Montero, founder of La Santa Taqueria, was born and raised in Mexico City and has worked in luxury hospitality in Mexico and the United States, including at The Setai Miami Beach.
The menu includes a welcome cocktail, five signature tacos, dessert, and Mexican-inspired cocktails throughout the evening. A full bar and wine by the bottle will also be available for purchase. An all-vinyl soundtrack will feature Latin soul, Mexican funk, cumbia, Latin jazz, and contemporary Mexican music.
Doors open at 8:00 pm, with food service beginning at 9:00 pm.
