A South Florida Cabaret
March 20 @ 7:30 pm

The University of Miami Frost School of Music presents an evening of music and multimedia storytelling in collaboration with IlluminArts. The program features Grammy winning collaborative pianist Craig Terry, artist in residence, alongside vocal students from the Frost School of Music.
The performance centers on a tribute to Miami during the 1960s, combining live vocal performances with storytelling and visual elements that reflect the city’s cultural history. Students curate and perform the program while Terry provides accompaniment and mentorship.
Craig Terry maintains an international career as a collaborative pianist and arranger. He currently serves as Music Director of The Patrick G. and Shirley W. Ryan Opera Center at Lyric Opera of Chicago and previously served as Assistant Conductor at both the Lyric Opera of Chicago and the Metropolitan Opera. Throughout his career he has performed with numerous vocalists including Renée Fleming, Joyce DiDonato, Susan Graham, and Lawrence Brownlee.
