Coral Gables has some of the most valuable real estate in South Florida, with a median home value of $753,800 – more than twice the median home value for Miami-Dade County as a whole ($302,600). While most of the housing is single family homes, there are a growing number of mid-rise and townhouse options for those who want to downsize – or live closer to urban culture. To see what $2.5 million would buy today, we asked three real estate agents to submit homes for sale in that price range – give or take a few hundred thousand dollars.
