Condos in Coral Gables for $1.5 Million
Residential real estate in Coral Gables continues to be a seller’s market, with single-family homes in high demand. According to BHHS/EWM, the inventory of such homes fell by more than 50 percent in February, compared to a year earlier. The inventory of condominiums, on the other hand, fell by only 19 percent, with less pressure on prices. So, are condos now a better buy for families relocating here – or simply downsizing?
