The Elevated Table Comes to The Burrow

The Burrow hosts The Elevated Table, a one-night vegan dining experience presented by Chefs Erica and Gabriel of 2TheRoots. The multi-course dinner highlights plant-based cuisine through a menu built around mushrooms, fruits, vegetables, grains, and herbs, showcasing a range of culinary techniques and seasonal ingredients.
Designed for both longtime vegans and those interested in exploring plant-based dining, the event focuses on the versatility of ingredients sourced from nature while encouraging conversation around food, sustainability, and creativity in the kitchen. Ticket admission includes the dinner menu and unlimited house beer, wine, sake, and cocktails. Additional beverages from the full bar and bottle wine selections will be available for purchase. Doors open at 6 pm, allowing guests to enjoy drinks and music before dinner service begins.
