Fine Arts of Miami Presents “Carrousel of Hearts”

Fine Arts of Miami presents “Carousel of Hearts” (“Carrusel de Corazones”), a vocal performance that combines selections from opera and zarzuela within a narrative centered on love, relationships, and human emotion.
The production follows several couples as they navigate romance, heartbreak, jealousy, and reconciliation during an evening at a fair. Through a series of musical performances, the story explores themes of love and personal discovery using works drawn from the opera and zarzuela repertoire.
The program includes well-known pieces such as “La Donna è Mobile” from Verdi’s “Rigoletto” and “No Puede Ser” from Sorozábal’s “La Tabernera del Puerto.” Performed with live, unamplified vocals, the production blends music and storytelling to create a theatrical concert experience.
