Coral Gables Partners with Uruguay Consulate to Unveil “FANS” Exhibition

Uruguayan artist Daniel Supervielle examines soccer fan culture in FANS, an exhibition opening during Gallery Night at Fink Studio. Through paintings of stadium crowds and supporters, Supervielle explores the role fans play in shaping the identity, traditions, and atmosphere surrounding the sport. The artist has spent more than two decades focusing on football as a cultural phenomenon, documenting the energy and rituals of fan communities through his work. The exhibition includes pieces inspired by supporters connected to clubs associated with Uruguayan soccer player Luis Suárez, as well as fans from the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The exhibition remains on view through July 2026.
