Masterclass: The Art of Cocktail Mixing

A great cocktail is more than a recipe. It is balance, technique, history, and intention in a glass. For this edition of Masterclass, we welcome Tara of Mix & Muse for an evening dedicated to the fundamentals of cocktail craftsmanship. Through four enduring classics, the Margarita, Negroni, Old Fashioned, and Martini, Tara will guide guests through the essential techniques, ingredients, and principles that have shaped cocktail culture for generations.

Part demonstration and part hands-on exploration, the evening uncovers not only how these drinks are made, but why they work. From the role of dilution and temperature to the balance of sweetness, bitterness, acidity, and spirit, each cocktail becomes a lesson in the art and science of mixing.

Whether you are an enthusiastic home bartender or simply curious about what lies behind some of the world’s most iconic drinks, this masterclass offers a deeper appreciation for the craft, one cocktail at a time.

The event is limited to 20 seats across two seatings, at 7:00 and 9:00 PM. Guests are welcome to arrive before their seating and stay after to enjoy time in the salon.
