WINTER DREAMS: A Holiday Soirée — Opera, Broadway & Seasonal Favorites

This program brings together three artists for a seasonal chamber performance featuring voice and piano. Mezzo-soprano Amanda Crider, baritone Jonathan Beyer, and pianist Marina Radiushina, Artistic Director of the Miami Chamber Music Society, collaborate on a varied program that highlights art song, opera selections, cabaret, and holiday repertoire.

Crider is known in Miami for her work with IlluminArts, Seraphic Fire, and the New World Symphony. Beyer has performed with major opera companies and symphonies internationally. Radiushina appears both as a soloist and collaborator and leads programming for the Miami Chamber Music Society.

Both vocalists will also perform at the piano, alternating roles throughout portions of the program. Additional works feature Radiushina, and the concert concludes with a three-pianist arrangement. Repertoire includes songs by Bridge, Clara Schumann, Sibelius, and Dvořák, opera excerpts by Strauss, Bellini, and Rossini, works from Broadway and cabaret including selections by Tom Lehrer, and a closing group of holiday pieces.
