Una Velada con Joaquín Blaya en conversación con Jorge Ramos

Books & Books hosts an evening with Joaquín Blaya to discuss his new book, “El Poder de lo Nuestro,” in conversation with journalist Jorge Ramos. The book chronicles Blaya’s career and his role in the growth of Spanish-language media in the United States, including his leadership at Univision and Telemundo. Drawing on his experiences as a Chilean immigrant and media executive, Blaya examines how television, culture, and politics helped shape Latino representation and influence in American society. Ramos, a longtime Univision news anchor and Emmy Award-winning journalist, will moderate the discussion. The event will be conducted in Spanish.
