The White Truffle Experience at Fontana

Fontana at The Biltmore presents a four course menu centered on seasonal white truffles, with optional wine pairings selected to complement each dish. The experience begins with a poached egg served with potato foam and parmesan crumble, followed by tagliolini prepared with vanilla, butter and pink pepper. The third course features an NY strip with charred shallot, celeriac and jus. Dessert includes a warm white chocolate ganache with almond, vanilla ice cream and meringue.
