The Great American Jazz Standards

Grammy-nominated drummer Nomar Negroni will present “The Great American Jazz Standards,” a concert dedicated to songs from the American jazz repertoire. Joining him is award-winning vocalist Tanya Maria, along with an ensemble of Miami-based musicians.

Known as a co-founder of the three-time Grammy-nominated Negroni’s Trio, Negroni will lead the performance as a bandleader, presenting interpretations of jazz standards that have become part of the American songbook. The program will feature vocals by Tanya Maria and arrangements that combine traditional jazz elements with improvisation and ensemble performance.
