The Great American Jazz Standards

Grammy-nominated drummer Nomar Negroni will lead an evening of music celebrating The Great American Jazz Standards, joined by special guest and award-winning vocalist Tanya Maria.

Negroni, co-founder of the three-time Grammy-nominated Negroni’s Trio, will perform as bandleader alongside an ensemble of Miami musicians. The program will feature well-known jazz standards, with arrangements centered on improvisation and ensemble performance.

Tanya Maria will join Negroni and the ensemble on vocals for the performance, which highlights songs from the American jazz repertoire while presenting them through the musicians’ own interpretations.
