The Burrow Session No. 27: Uncle Scotchy & Harold Trucco, Stories and Blues

The Burrow hosts “Stories and Blues” on Friday, October 23, at 9 pm, featuring South Miami blues musician, storyteller, and author Uncle Scotchy alongside guitarist Harold Trucco.

Uncle Scotchy combines original blues compositions with personal stories and material drawn from his 2024 book, “The Book of Scotchy.” His performance blends music, humor, and observations rooted in his experiences in South Florida. He is accompanied by Trucco, a Berklee-trained guitarist known for his versatility across musical styles.

Part of The Burrow’s ongoing live music series, the performance brings together original blues, guitar arrangements, and storytelling in a salon-style setting.

Doors open at 8 pm, and the performance begins promptly at 9 pm. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and guests may be asked to share tables. Attendees are encouraged to interact with the performers while keeping personal conversations to a minimum during the show.
