Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden hosts Taste the Caribbean Festival, a daylong celebration of island food, music, and culture. The festival includes live reggae, junkanoo, mento, and calypso performances, cooking demonstrations, tropical fruit seminars, family games, a dominos tournament, carnival mask making, and an Island Market with Caribbean food and retail vendors.
