Sake 101 with Genya Nozawa at The Burrow

The Burrow presents “Sake 101” at 7:00 pm with sake sommelier Genya Nozawa, who will introduce participants to the history, brewing methods, and different categories of Japanese sake. The tasting includes a curated flight of four sake varieties paired with Japanese-inspired bites. A full bar will also be available.
Doors open at 6:30 pm, and the tasting begins at 7:00 pm. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and guests may be asked to share tables with other attendees.
