Mindfulness Sessions Spring 2026

The University of Miami Libraries presents Mindfulness for Inner Resilience, a series of 45-minute online sessions focused on the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation and movement. The program is designed to support stress management and build practical tools for focus and reflection.
Sessions include guided practice along with time for questions and discussion. The series is led by Kelly Miller, Director of Mindfulness and Well-Being Programs at the University of Miami Libraries, and Professor Scott Rogers of the University of Miami School of Law. Guest instructors may also participate.
