Mindfulness for Inner Resilience Fall 2026
August 19 @ 4:00 pm – December 2 @ 4:45 pm

University of Miami Libraries offers a series of 45-minute online mindfulness sessions as part of its Mindfulness and Well-Being Programs. The introductory sessions focus on mindfulness meditation and movement, with guided practice, time for reflection and opportunities for participants to ask questions.
Topics throughout the fall include mindfulness of breathing, body, thoughts and emotions, loving-kindness, self-compassion, walking meditation, equanimity, creativity, gratitude and joy.
Most sessions are led by Kelly Miller, a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, Director of Mindfulness and Well-Being Programs and Associate Dean for Learning and Research Services at University of Miami Libraries. Professor Scott Rogers, director of the University of Miami School of Law’s Mindfulness in Law Program, will lead a special session on Oct. 7.
