Master Your Vitality: Community Talk & Workshop with Federica Donato
March 8 @ 11:00 am

Wellness facilitator Federica Donato will lead a community talk and experiential workshop focused on mindfulness and daily stress management. The free event includes guided exercises and a Q and A discussion centered on building steadiness, self awareness, and intentional habits.
The seated workshop draws from “The Myth of Normal” by Gabor Maté and Daniel Maté and “Rewire Your Anxious Brainby” Catherine M. Pittman and Elizabeth M. Karle. The discussion examines how stress and trauma affect physical and emotional health, as well as how anxiety functions in the brain. Participants will engage in conversational and interactive practices designed to strengthen attention, emotional regulation, and practical coping strategies. No prior experience or special attire is required.
RSVP provides general admission, though seating is not guaranteed. Books will be available for purchase at the event.
Donato is the creator of the Master Your Vitality framework, a visiting scholar and lecturer at Duke University, and an instructor at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. Her work centers on practical approaches to well being and community impact.
