Kojin x Ariete: A Seven-Course Collaborative Dinner

Kojin chef-owners Pedro and Katherine Mederos will welcome Chef Michael Beltran of Ariete Hospitality Group for a one-night collaborative dinner on Tuesday, October 13. The three chefs will present a seven-course tasting menu combining Kojin’s inventive approach with Beltran’s Cuban influences, local ingredients and French culinary techniques.
Beltran, known for Michelin-starred Ariete and Chug’s Diner, joins the Mederos chefs for an evening highlighting Miami’s evolving culinary identity.
