Gentle Trick or Treat

Ruth Bryan Owen Waterway Park will offer a sensory-friendly Halloween event featuring trick-or-treating, games and activities designed for participants who prefer a quieter environment. Activities include a photo station, storybook walk, safe maze, art activities and sensory stations.
The event will have limited crowd sizes, a designated quiet area, no frightening elements and no masked adults. Participants are not expected to speak, act or dress in any particular way.
Participation is free, but advance registration is required. Reservations are limited, and attendees should reserve one ticket per vehicle.
