Learn how to prepare traditional Peruvian ceviche during a hands-on class led by Chef Renzo Rios at Francesco on July 29 at 6 pm.
Chef Renzo will guide participants through the ingredients, techniques and steps used to make ceviche. Guests will prepare their own dish from start to finish and enjoy it with a glass of Intipalka wine.
