Fontana at the Biltmore

As part of Taste the Gables, guests can enjoy a three course dinner for $60 per person throughout July. The prix fixe menu includes Barbabietola with red and gold baby beets, goat cheese mousse, caramelized pistachios, and truffle honey; Short Rib Risotto with braised short rib, Parmigiano risotto, and broccolini; and a Tiramisu Cannoli filled with ricotta, mascarpone, espresso, and cocoa. Tax and gratuity are not included.
