Cinema Salon

The Burrow’s Cinema Salon will screen Once as a tribute to Irish singer-songwriter Glen Hansard, who died in July. Hansard starred in the 2007 film alongside Markéta Irglová and co-wrote its music, including the Academy Award-winning song “Falling Slowly.”
The film follows two musicians who meet in Dublin and begin writing and performing music together. Following the screening, guests can take part in a conversation about the film, its music and Hansard’s work.
Doors open at 6:30 pm, and the movie begins promptly at 7 pm. Tickets include soft drinks, coffee, tea, wine and beer. A full bar and light bites will be available for purchase.
Seating is first come, first served, and guests may be asked to share a table. Availability is limited.
