Chef Takeover. Max Kamakura Presents Vinyl Omakase

Chef Max Kamakura returns to The Burrow for a monthly Chef Takeover with Vinyl Omakase, a multi-course dinner pairing his cuisine with curated vinyl selections.
Kamakura comes from a family of sushi chefs in Brazil and has more than two decades of experience. His cooking draws from Japanese tradition, Brazilian culture, and influences from Peru and other parts of his culinary background. The dinner follows an omakase format, with each course accompanied by music selected for the evening.
Seating is limited to 24 guests. Doors open at 6 pm, and food is served promptly at the scheduled seating time.
Tickets include the food menu plus unlimited house beer, wine, sake, and cocktails. Additional selections from the full bar and wine by the bottle are available for purchase.
