Kojin will host a two-night holiday dining experience on December 26 and 27, drawing inspiration from Japan’s long-standing Christmas tradition centered around fried chicken. Dinner service runs from 5:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

In Japan, the custom dates back to the 1970s, when a Kentucky Fried Chicken holiday campaign unexpectedly became a nationwide Christmas staple. Over time, reserving fried chicken for Christmas evolved into a seasonal ritual, with orders placed weeks in advance.
