Caviar 101 with Antonius Caviar

Join The Burrow for a guided caviar tasting experience featuring Antonius Caviar at The Burrow. Guests will sample four selections, including Siberian 5 Star, Siberian 6 Star, Oscietra 5 Star, and Oscietra 6 Star, while learning about texture, structure, and flavor profiles, with wine and spirits pairings included.
The tasting highlights Antonius Caviar’s production process, with sourcing from company owned farms in Poland and direct distribution to maintain freshness and quality.
Tickets include the full tasting and pairings. Additional caviar tins will be available for purchase at a discounted rate. A full bar and light bites will also be available for purchase. Seating is first come, first served.
