Bird-Friendly Gardening Day 

Tropical Audubon Society hosts its monthly Bird-Friendly Gardening Day, where volunteers help maintain the Bird-Friendly Demonstration Garden and the grounds of the near-native Steinberg Nature Center. Under the guidance of Master Gardeners, participants will learn about native plants that attract birds and pollinators, remove invasive plants, and gain hands-on experience creating wildlife habitats. The program also provides practical gardening techniques that volunteers can apply to their own yards, patios, or balconies. Held on the third Saturday of each month. Advance registration is required, as group sizes are limited.
