A valen(tina) dinner

Chef Pao Carlini will host an after hours dining experience at Tina centered on a four course pre fixe menu rooted in home style, Latin inspired cooking. The menu includes corn blini with dressed crab and Kampot pepper, mushroom escabeche with corn tostadas, a choice of roasted Cornish hen with chimichurri, tarator, and chipotle or cazón strudel with ají dulce beurre blanc, served with rice and choclo, followed by chocolate fondant cake with boozy caramel. The evening will offer two seatings at 6:00 and 8:30 pm with limited availability. .
