Keys Across America | Piano Concert

Pianist Mackenzie Melemed performs “Keys Across America,” a recital exploring nearly two centuries of American piano music at the University of Miami’s Newman Recital Hall. A recipient of the Avery Fisher Career Grant, Melemed will perform works by Aaron Copland, Amy Beach, and Florence Price, alongside contemporary compositions. The program traces the development of American piano music, examining how composers from different periods have shaped its sound and style. The performance is part of the Frost Music Live concert series.
