Music at McBride Plaza
January 14, 2027 @ 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Music at McBride Plaza returns for its 2027 season with free outdoor concerts featuring student ensembles from the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music. The series takes place every other Thursday from January through March at McBride Plaza in Downtown Coral Gables, with performances scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
This installment features the Leah Rutherford Quartet, a jazz quartet selected to perform as part of the series. Participating ensembles audition before Frost School of Music faculty, who select six groups for the season. The series is intended to give young musicians the opportunity to perform for residents, businesspeople, and visitors in Downtown Coral Gables.
