“Forgotten Island” (2026) Free Early Screening

A free early screening of DreamWorks Animation’s “Forgotten Island” follows best friends Jo and Raissa, two recent high school graduates preparing to take separate paths after growing up together.

During their final night together, the pair discover a mysterious portal that transports them to Nakali, a fantastical island inhabited by magical and mythological creatures from stories they heard growing up in their Filipino families. With the help of weredog Raww and a group of new companions, Jo and Raissa must confront the Dreaded Manananggal while searching for a way home. Their escape comes with a cost: the memories of their friendship.

The film is written and directed by Academy Award nominee Joel Crawford and Januel Mercado and produced by Academy Award nominee Mark Swift, the filmmaking team behind “Puss in Boots: The Last Wish.”

H.E.R. and Liza Soberano voice Jo and Raissa. The cast also includes Dave Franco as Raww, Lea Salonga as the Dreaded Manananggal, Jenny Slate, Manny Jacinto, Dolly de Leon, Jo Koy, and Ronny Chieng.

DreamWorks Animation is also the studio behind “How to Train Your Dragon,” “Shrek,” and “The Wild Robot.”
