Armando H. Díaz and Jeneissy Azcuy discuss their new novel, “Culebra, a historical thriller set during the Cuban Missile Crisis. The story follows a Cuban teenager who escapes to South Florida in 1962 and becomes entangled in a dangerous plot connected to one of the most consequential geopolitical confrontations of the twentieth century.
