Tropical Jazz | Evening Concert Series

Cuban trombonist Julio Montalvo brings his New Latin Jazz to Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden for an outdoor evening concert blending the rhythms of Son, Mambo, and Timba with modern jazz, funk, and soul. Gates open at 7:00 pm, with live percussion performances leading into two full sets from Montalvo and his band on the main stage from 8:00 to 10:30 pm.
General admission tickets start at $35.95 for adults and include evening garden access, lawn games, and open lawn seating. Guests are welcome to bring low-profile lawn chairs or picnic blankets. Premium upgrades are available for those who want reserved seating near the stage: the Premium Garden Table for Two is $125, and the Premium Garden Lounge for Five is priced at $325. Both include concert admission and express entry.
Add-ons include a Gourmet Picnic Basket for Two ($65), featuring a Cuban sandwich, citrus watermelon salad, and coconut flan, and a Mini Cocktail Flight ($39) with three handcrafted tropical cocktails. Food and beverages are also available for purchase on-site throughout the evening. Outside food is not permitted.
Fairchild members receive a discounted rate of $30.95 per adult, applied at checkout with login. Premium seating and picnic baskets must be reserved in advance, as availability is limited. The event takes place rain or shine; tickets are non-refundable.
