COYO Taco & Cafe La Trova Cocktail Debut Party at COYO Gables

Two local favorites team up when COYO Taco and Café La Trova launch a limited-edition collaboration with a kickoff party on Thu., March 5 from 6 to 9 pm at COYO Taco Coral Gables’ lounge. Guests can enjoy complimentary sips of the frozen “El Guayabera,” crafted with Maestro Cantinero Julio Cabrera, along with live DJ entertainment and a preview of specialty tacos that will be available at Café La Trova on Tuesdays beginning March 10. The cocktail will be offered at all COYO Taco locations through the end of the month.
