Celebrate Christmas at Hotel Colonnade

Celebrate Christmas in Coral Gables with a holiday prix fixe menu by Michael Cowan, served across two settings within the hotel. Lunch will be offered at Aragon Café from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, followed by dinner service in the Lobby Bar with evening seatings available.

The $30 per person Christmas prix fixe menu includes grilled prime rib with au jus, horseradish mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus with baby carrots. A 20% gratuity will be added at checkout, along with applicable sales tax and standard Eventbrite fees.

Dinner seatings are available from 5:00–6:30 pm, 6:30–8:00 pm, and 8:00–9:30 pm. Guests must select their preferred seating time when purchasing tickets, which are required to confirm table assignments.

Holiday décor and seasonal music will be featured throughout the hotel, with Coral Gables’ holiday lights, tree ceremony, and parade route accessible just outside.
